These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Opline service and the website at opline.io, operated by Opline LLC ("Opline," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Opline, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Opline provides an AI-powered call-answering and lead-capture service. When calls are forwarded to your Opline number, an automated AI receptionist answers on your behalf, speaks with the caller, captures job details, and delivers call summaries and account notifications to you, including by SMS text message where you have opted in. Calls handled by Opline are recorded and transcribed so the service can produce those summaries and so you can review what was said. Opline is an automated service — it is not a human answering service, and it is not staffed.

AI limitations and emergencies

Opline is an automated system and can make mistakes, mishear details, or fail to capture information correctly. It is not a substitute for a human, for professional judgment, or for emergency services. Opline must not be relied upon to handle emergencies. If a caller is reporting an emergency — including a gas leak, fire, flood, electrical hazard, or any risk to life or property — they should hang up and call 911 or the appropriate emergency number. You are responsible for reviewing captured leads and for your own response times.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and to obtain any consents required for the phone numbers and communications you manage through the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

SMS messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Opline as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.

Fees, billing, and renewal

• Plan and price. Call Coverage is $149 per month. Founders pricing of $99 per month is available to early customers and, once granted, remains at that rate for the life of the subscription.
• What's included. 300 minutes of call coverage per monthly billing period.
• Billing and auto-renewal. Your subscription is billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize Opline to charge that payment method for the subscription fee until cancellation.
• Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
• Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; founders pricing is exempt as described above.

Prepaid credits for extra minutes

Draft — pending review. This section describes prepaid-credit terms and is under legal review; it is not yet final.

• What they are. Prepaid credits are additional call-coverage minutes you can buy in advance, beyond the minutes included in your monthly plan. Extra minutes are priced at $0.39 per minute (for example, $39 for 100 minutes or $78 for 200 minutes).
• How they are used. In a billing period, your included plan minutes are used first. Once those are used up, your prepaid credits are drawn down to keep your AI answering, if you have enabled credit spending in your account settings. You can turn credit spending off at any time; when it is off, your saved credits are not used.
• Rollover and depletion. Unused prepaid credits roll over from one billing period to the next. Credits are drawn down monthly only to the extent your usage exceeds your included plan minutes.
• No expiration. Prepaid credits do not expire.
• One-time charges. A prepaid-credit purchase is a one-time charge, separate from your monthly subscription, billed to the payment method you provide at checkout.
• Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account page — it takes one click. There is no contract and no long-term commitment.

Intellectual property

The service, website, and Opline name and branding are owned by or licensed to Opline and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them.

Service availability

We aim to keep Opline available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Coverage depends on third-party telephony, network, and AI providers, and on your own call forwarding being configured correctly.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
